I have had the privilege of attending many business events in my capacity as Deputy Mayor since June 2015.
The positive sentiment is clear to see and it is most welcome in Limerick after a very tough few years.
Now, with Uber taking their place in the city centre, and Troy Studios about to open in Castletroy to name but two, Limerick’s future is certainly on the rise.
This is due to a number of factors, of course the economy’s improvement, but also the hard work of our Ministers Noonan and O’Sullivan, organisations such as the IDA, Limerick Council and private business individuals all working together to achieve the best for Limerick.
As a proud Limerick man I am very happy to see our city and county benefit in this way from such positive collaborative efforts. Long may it continue!
